BLOCKBUSTER!!

May 22, 2007

Manny is now Money
New York, NY-- May 22, 2007. Manny Ramirez has quietly sulked through the 07 campaign as the Brewers wallowed in the bottom of CARP. That is no more. Early this afternoon the disgruntled slugger was dealt, along with Capt. Tek and SP Cliff Lee to the first place Money. Manny, seen here after relieving himself behind the Green Monster, was psyched. "The Brewers, they no have it dis year. I want to win Cup with Money and crush Creepers." Brewers GM LaTour's team has been hammered by injuries thus far and has clearly set his sights on 08. The Brewers received all-star catcher Joe Mauer, currently on the DL, along with SP Jon Garland, OF Travis Buck, and the Money's first round pick in the final supp.

Trade

5/20/07: Bees acquire from the Creepers the Creepers' and the Money'spicks in the 2nd supplemental draft in exchange for theBees' picks in the third and fourth supplemental drafts.
